What this means for you is that you don’t have to waste time visiting numerous websites and speaking to countless people to find the right coach. We have already pre-vetted the executive coaches and career coaches we work with and we take time to understand what you’re looking for in a coach. This allows us to match you with up to three suitable coaches to make sure that the ‘chemistry’ is just right before you beging coaching.

We currently have over ten experienced coaches on our team and will hand-pick the coach who is the best match for the person being coached. HRM Coaching has an unusually diverse team of coaches, offering coaching in many languages other than English.

HRM Coaching Ltd was established in 2004, but each one of our executive coaches and career coaches had been operating as an independent professional coach for a number of years prior to joining the company.
