We have very experienced coaches on our team and will hand-pick the coach who is the best match for the person being coached. Some of our coaches work with us on a full-time basis and some are associates - we use our networks to access suitable for coaches for our clients if they are not already on our books.
Many of our coaches have been featured in publications such as The Lawyer, Solicitors Journal, Link (Association for Women Solicitors) and a range of other business magazines. Our founder, Hannah McNamara was a trainer at The Coaching Academy, Europe's largest coach training organisation and continues to run training events for the public and private sector.
Prior to retraining to become coaches, the people on our team had held senior posts within organisations and held a high level of responsibility. Every member of our team has at least 10 years solid commercial experience. Please scroll down to view a selection of coach profiles.
We are very proud of our diverse team of coaches, many of whom have experience of living and working in many other countries. In addition to being able to offer coaching in languages other than English, we are perfectly placed to coach people who are relocating or conducting business within unfamiliar cultures.
Because we have experience from industry and the public sector as well as professional services, we can share insights into different ways of thinking through relevant examples. Each coach has a wealth of practical experience at their disposal which they use to ensure that each person they coach achieves their goals. We also have references available.

Hannah McNamara is a coach, author and trainer. She has an Advanced Diploma in coaching, a degree in Business Studies and is a Chartered Marketer. She is a Member of the ICF, the Chartered Institute of Marketing, the Institute of Directors and is an Associate Member of the Professional Speakers Association (PSA). Hannah specialises in coaching talented people to develop good leadership and management skills. |

Dr Patrick White initially qualified as an Accountant, later completed his Masters degrees first in Finance and later in Business Administration specialising in Marketing, then completed his PhD in Organisational Behaviour. After a successful international corporate career with responsibilities for up to 14,000 staff he then went on to become a serial entrepreneur. His last business had a turnover of $US 1.6 billion and 600 staff. |

Barrington Daniels FBCI completed his coaching qualification in 1993 through the Behavioral Coaching Institute and went on to complete the Master Coach qualification in 2001 before becoming a Fellow of the Behavioral Coaching Institute in 2004. Much of his coaching experience was gained in the public sector where he was responsible for the personal and leadership development of skilled senior post holders. Barrington is a member of the ICF. |

Her corporate experience was gained at BT where Kish was trained as an in-house coach. Shigeru has extensive international experience, having lived in the UK, the USA, the Maldives as well as his home country, Japan. Taymour Qabazard is a certified professional coach and a Master Practitioner of NLP - he trained with Dr Richard Bandler (one of the creators of NLP). He is also a diagnostic Thought Field Therapist. Taymour is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF), The Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming and The Association of Thought Field Therapy. He coaches executives on work/life balance, stress management and presentation skills. |
