Kish is an ACC credentialed coach with 4 years of coaching experience (over 300 coaching hours) plus over 20 years corporate experience, mainly within IT. Her corporate experience was gained at BT where Kish was trained as an in-house coach. She has been a director for a chain of pharmacies since 1985. She now coaches executives in organisations such as the NHS, Network Rail and BT on developing strong Leadership and Management skills.

Kish holds coaching qualifications including the Co-Creative Alliance
certification programme (Coaching for Leadership) and the Firework
Career Coaching programme. She is a member of the International Coach
Federation (ICF), and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).
Background
Kish is of Indian origin, born in Zimbabwe and has lived in London
for over 25 years. She is married with 3 children. Kish is fluent
in Gujarati, Hindi and Urdu and is fairly fluent in French.
Kish has over 20 years experience in the corporate world. She worked for BT and started as a COBOL programmer and left as an IT consultant. Kish pioneered the working from home initiative in BT and was the first home worker in the company in 1988 - they now have 12 000 people working from home. Kish has been a director for a small chain of pharmacies and her role has involved training staff to delivering medicines to the house-bound. She has also been involved in initiatives such had setting up smoking cessation clinics and keeping in-line with new health initiatives.
Kish's corporate experience, plus her experience as a director for a chain of pharmacies has put her at the heart of business change. It enables Kish to facilitate and coach people throughout the business environment helping them to align their own personal vision to that of the business.
Kish is a great listener and has a passion for people. Both in work and the wider community she strives to work with people of different cultures to enable them to realise the power of shining their individuality and becoming leaders in their lives in all their roles. The leader being one who is aware of the impact they are making on themselves and others.
