HRM Coaching is a specialist coaching consultancy based in London, England with a team of expert coaches. They provide one-to-one coaching, team coaching, away day facilitation and workshops to organisations and offer career and life coaching for private individuals.
Founded in 2004 by Hannah McNamara, the company has grown to now include 10 coaches. HRM Coaching works with a wide range of organisations in both the public and private sectors. Clients include professional service firms (law, actuarial consultancy, accountancy, marketing & PR), beer & wine brands, charities and local authorities as well as a variety of small and medium sized businesses.
The Managing Director Hannah McNamara is a coach, trainer and author with over 15 years Sales & Marketing experience. She trained as a coach with The Coaching Academy and went on to be one of their trainers. She holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies, is a Chartered Marketer and a Member of the Chartered Insitute of Marketing.
Her corporate background includes senior management positions in Marketing with multi-million pound budgetary control. She is an experienced manager and has led teams in both the Retail (Marketing departments at both Laura Ashley and Tempo Electrical Stores/KF Group) and Publishing sectors.
Her book Niche Marketing for Coaches was published in 2007.
