HRM Coaching and our sister company SME Academy are pleased to announce that some of our clients may be eligible for a grant of up to £1,000 to spend on Leadership & Management development.
You could use this grant to fund or part-fund the following:
- One-to-One Coaching and Mentoring on topics such as Management Skills, Being a Leader, Motivating Others and many more
- Business Growth Course
- Open One-Day Courses
- In-House Courses
We are providers under the Train to Gain Leadership & Management programme and can introduce you to the specialist advisors who will assess your eligibility for the grant.
If you meet the following criteria you may be eligible:
- Company size 5-249 people
- You are planning on developing your leadership & management skills
If eligible, you will be given a grant of £500 for the Managing Director, Director or another person responsible for strategic decision-making to spend on their devleopment.
You can also claim up to £500 for their further development or for the development of other members of staff. You will need to match-fund this pound for pound, i.e. to get the full grant of £500, you need to put in £500 of your own money.
There are certain conditions:
- You have not already been granted funding via Train to Gain's Leadership & Management programme
- The Training/coaching must be leadership & management related (this also includes Sales & Marketing Training)
- Training/coaching must be paid for, started and claimed within 3 months from the date that you meet with the Train to Gain L&M Specialist Advisor.
