Executive Coach - London
An increase in demand for our coaching services means that we are currently looking for experienced Executive Coaches to join our team of associates.
You will be working with senior executives supporting them in developing their leadership and management skills. In practice, this means assisting them in planning and goal setting, developing a clear career path, and leading and managing their staff.
Our clients have high expectations of their coach and you are welcome to apply provided that you meet our minimum standards.
- Have held a senior management position in a large commercial organisation - e.g. Head of Department, Director, Partner, Managing Director, Managing Partner, CEO, CFO or Senior Managing Partner
- You have completed a coaching qualification requiring practical assessment of your skills
- Ideally you already hold or are working towards an ICF accreditation - ACC, PCC or MCC
- You hold a business-related degree (ideally to Masters level, e.g. MBA) or a post-graduate professional qualification
- You have 10 years + commercial experience, plus a minimum of 1 year's experience of working as a consultant/freelancer
- You are able to demonstrate recent coaching experience at a senior executive level within large well-known organisations
- You have worked with 5 or more executive coaching clients and be able to show evidence of a successful working relationship
- You are confident, articulate and credible - you must be able to talk with clients about business-related topics
- You are committed to continuing your learning and development
- You carry Professional Indemnity Insurance of £1,000,000 or more
- You are a member of a professional coaching association, e.g. ICF, AC, EMCC
- You can provide us details of two clients (that have received Executive Coaching from you) who are willing to give you a reference
