Career Overhaul Package

This is suitable for you if you want to re-focus or change career, you want to re-brand yourself and change how you are seen by others, or you are going to be managing people for the first time. It is also suitable if you are going through a significant life change that will impact on your career, for example you are relocating or becoming a parent.

You schedule an initial 2 hour, face-to-face session with your coach and then have a further 9 x 1 hour coaching sessions with your coach on the phone. Throughout the programme you will be given tools and exercises to complete between sessions. This package includes completion of a psychometric profile, providing you with an analysis of your personality type and the roles that you are best suited for.

In this package, you'll be working on core topics such as Career Goals and Personal Values, plus a further 6 modules of your choice. You work with your coach to tailor your package to meet your specific needs. Read more about the modules available.

Depending on your situation, you can choose to take your sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Daytime and Evening coaching sessions are available.
