Career Review Package
This is suitable for you if you want to re-focus your career, if you are unhappy or unfulfilled in your current role, or if you're returning to work after a career break, redundancy or other gap on your CV. It is particularly suitable if you are seeking a promotion or significant salary increase in your next role.
You schedule an initial 2 hour, face-to-face session with your coach and then have a further 5 x 1 hour coaching sessions with your coach on the phone. Throughout the programme you will be given tools and exercises to complete between sessions. This package includes completion of a psychometric profile, providing you with an analysis of your personality type and the roles that you are best suited for.
In this package, you'll be working on your Career Goals, Personal Values, Achievements to Date, What to look for in an employer, plus 2 modules of your choice. Read more about the modules available.
Depending on your situation, you can choose to take your sessions on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Daytime and Evening coaching sessions are available.
