How Coaching Packages Work
Career Coaching packages start with a full review and in-depth audit of your current position, including a psychometric profile telling you which types of jobs you are most suited to. Then you have your first coaching session with your career coach, who spends two hours with you, in private, discussing your career goals and looking at the options open to you. Then for the rest of the programme, you have a series of structured coaching sessions which take you through every step of the process of finding you the job you'll love.
Throughout the programme, your coach will help you to build your confidence and recognise your strengths so that you can present yourself well on your CV and at job interviews. You also tailor your programme to suit your needs by selecting from optional modules (see list below).
Because the on-going coaching sessions take place over the telephone at a time you arrange with your coach, you can work from the privacy of your home, your office or another private space - particularly useful if you work in the field or spend time away on business. Throughout the programme, you will be given 'homework' exercises to complete between sessions. These help you gain a much deeper insights into your personality, what's important to you and how you want your career to develop over the next few years.
