Intensive Coaching Session
This is suitable for you if you already have a fairly clear idea of what you want next from your career. It is particularly suitable you if you need to get a new job fast, you have met with limited or no success in interviews so far, or you have been made an offer and need to weigh up your options and make a decision.
You schedule an intensive 2 hour, face-to-face session with your coach and focus on the task at hand.
If you're getting ready for interviews then this session includes interview preparation and role playing. This includes mental and physical preparation for the interview, as well as helping you to prepare the answers to likely questions.
If you have a big decision to make, the session is spent assessing the options open to you, setting criteria for how you'll make a decision, thinking through the consequences and making an informed decision by the end of the session.
Either way, your coach agrees with you at the outset what you need to get from the session and how you're going to tackle it together.
